It is a wine made from a careful selection of Sangiovese and Merlot grapes which have enjoyed the best exposure to the sun. The variety of Panzanello estates and their position allow the grape harvest to be carried out at its best depending on the ripening of grapes.
Its elegance and refined quality make this product a wine with fruity aromas.
Thanks to the sweet tannins and the light hints of wood, it is well-balanced and harmonious in a unique way.

HARVEST AND VINIFICATION
The grapes are harvested manually in crates 15kg in capacity and at various periods depending on their maturity.
After the stems are delicately removed, maceration takes place for 25-30 days in steel vats.
Manuzio is aged in new French oak barriques for 24 months before being bottled.
Then it is aged for at least another 24 months.
The wine is not filtered in order to conserve its aromas, perfumes and structure.
Ruby-red color with violet reflections, refined and persistent perfume of intense ripe fruit.
It is very decisive, soft, elegant and well-textured to the palate.

Game, red meats and well-aged cheeses. Consume at 18°C and uncork the bottle at least 2 hours before.
